I have over my 20 years in Recruitment seen many consultants. Watching them grow and develop is a pleasure to see. Some move on to pastures new and take with them the everlasting impressions that you leave with them.
Every now and then you see that perfect consultant that catches your eye.
Katie Whitley has now been working with us for nearly two years and her development into an exceptional consultant made me write this.
Katie has extremely strong attention to detail with all aspects of her work. Her communication skills and willingness to take that extra time discussing job descriptions to her candidates impresses me daily.
With clients she is attentive but not pushy, at DCA Recruitment we have never wanted to be like the traditional local high street agencies. We do not sell, sell, sell. We listen. That is why we are different!
Katie has absorbed this mentality and with lots of hard work and REC training she has developed into a consultant that I am extremely proud of.
Her professional manner has taken her to the next level of recruiter and getting three placements before 2pm this Monday (one being a very senior key role for a marketing company) made me sit up and realise how successful she is going to be in our industry.
