I have been working now in recruitment for DCA for 17 years and always thought there must be the perfect candidate on our database that might not be actively looking but will move for the right job or company. The big question is how does the client see them without recruitment agencies bombarding them all the time with speculative CV’s, cold calling etc - The answer: The DCA Recruitment Portal

We have always been regarded as a consultancy that find the right role for the candidate rather than pushing them into jobs that we know are not right for them. I myself, have been dealing with many of the same clients since 2000 and the traditional methods of listening and not pushing the hard sell have always worked for me but over the last few years there has been a move towards flat free recruitment and CV database searching as clients want total control over the recruitment process.

Over the last year we have been working with some of the leading designers and programmers to develop a client portal that will display the talented candidates on our books.

Our new portal that will be launched to clients in the next few weeks. Once a client is looking to fill a role they will be able to access all of our candidates, that we have met and skills assessed. The client can then request to ‘book a candidate’ for a temporary role or ‘request an interview’ for a permanent candidate. If the candidate is interested in the role then we will manage the process to reach a successful outcome. The bonus for the client - an amazing rate!
