Sometimes in the world of recruitment you have your ups and downs and then you have a week where every consultant decides to have a bake.
We had a great week of tasting some amazing creations like the banana bread, rocky road pie and sausage meat slice.
Overall though we decided to give the number one prize to the baker with the long-standing pedigree in the kitchen - Penny Creer.
Her pineapple upside down cake was amazing served warm with a sauce made up of thickened pineapple juice. Mary Berry I know would have given it the thumbs up.
