Transport Planner - What We Are Looking For:
An ambitious, enthusiastic and Network Planner to join our Network Operations Team.
You will be responsible for helping new drivers develop into efficient, successful Engineius drivers.
Transport Planner - Key Responsibilities:
Guide new drivers through the concierge program once they have completed their initial induction
Deliver support and on the job training to enable new drivers to reach operational status
Update the Network CRM (Airtable as required)
You will have a weekly target of new drivers to convert to operational status.
Transport Planner - What Skills Are We Looking For?
Experience in transport planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A try it attitude, with a willingness to devise and attempt new ways of working, or different processes, and then to learn from these successes and failures
Great time management and organisation with attention to detail
A genuine desire to take responsibility, rather than wanting to stay under the radar. You will need to actively seek accountability and new responsibilities as the business grows
You are somebody who never says it's not my job and will relentlessly work to get to bottom of things to improve the objective of making it work for your drivers
