Team Supervisor
Part-time/ Full-time hours (negotiable)
Due to recent expansion we require a Senior Supervisor for Core Cleaning Services to coordinate the staff rota to meet all clients requirements. The position is mostly office based, but willingness to fill in for emergency absences may be required to help the team out.
Team Supervisor - The job role and responsibilities include:
Organising the staff rota and cover for sickness and holidays
Running the time sheets at the end of the month
Keeping the clocking in/ out app up to date
To be responsible for the operational Health & Safety for staff on sites
To liaise with staff sorting out any day to day issues
Site visits to spot check and carry out audits liaising with clients accordingly
To reorder cleaning materials and manage the stock levels effectively
Team Supervisor - Ideally the person needs to be:
Computer literate and able to use MS Office and mobile technology
Organised, methodical with administrative tasks
Ability to lead a team and instill team ethos
Familiar with industrial and commercial cleaning or wiling to learn
Flexible attitude to work (some evening and weekend work possible)
Willing to jump in if necessary with site cleaning
Must have a full clean UK driving licence
