We are an established Firm of Accountants in Harrow Town Centre looking for a bright and enthusiastic applicant for a secretarial and administrative role. Suitable applicant will require both written and oral communication, word processing and good computer literacy using Microsoft word and Excel. Organisational and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are essential. Professional appearance and presentation would also be essential.

General secretarial duties including:

Dealing with telephone calls,
Greeting clients and visitors,
Word processing,
Using variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
Maintain office filing,
Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies,
Ordering and maintaining office canteen supplies

Place of work: Harrow on the Hill very close to Metropolitan Line Station
