We are one of the regions leading courier companies and were looking for a driven Business Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth across the Sameday, International, and Overnight delivery sectors.

This is a field based role, covering the M3 corridor, where youll take ownership of finding new opportunities, building strong commercial relationships, and expanding the value of our existing customer base.

Youll be the face of our business in your territory - uncovering prospects, understanding their challenges, and matching them with the right solutions.

Alongside winning new accounts, youll play a key part in developing current clients through thoughtful cross selling and service expansion.

Business Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver focused sales plans that support revenue growth and hit agreed performance measures.
Actively hunt for new opportunities through a mix of outreach methods - from targeted prospecting and cold calls to networking and market insight - with regular travel across your territory.
Build, prioritise, and progress a strong pipeline, converting prospects into long term customers across our Sameday, International, and Overnight service lines.
Produce tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms confidently, and secure new business that aligns with our wider goals.
Work closely with existing clients to uncover additional needs, introduce complementary services, and increase overall account value.
Partner with operations and marketing teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and receive a consistently high quality experience.
