Summary

Were building and growing an up-and-coming software-as-a-service platform, in the awards and events space.
We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic, focused, team player, to provide first-line support, progressing to account management, for some of our key clients.

What you'll do
You'll be a key member of our support team Your major focus will be ensuring that our helpdesk channels are closely monitored, and you'll jump on anything that needs dealing with, making smart decisions about how to proceed.
You'll be supporting our own products - principally, our awards management platform, as well as providing occasional support for a range of other web applications we've delivered for our clients.
Specific tasks might typically include...

Monitoring the helpdesk
Communicating with clients to keep them informed
Helping clients to help themselves
Working with the development team to learn about our projects and solutions
Creating and updating end-user documentation
Acting as an important link between clients, project/account managers and developers
Delivering product demonstrations via web meetings
Compiling proposals

What we're looking for in you

Previous experience in a client-facing/customer support role
Some pretty good written communication skills
An upbeat demeanour and a positive attitude
The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
Superb problem solving and analytical skills
An appreciation of the wonderful world of web development
An understanding of content management systems
Capable and comfortable with enterprise collaboration tools, spreadsheets and email
Competence with online video-conferencing and screen-sharing tools, to conduct product demos
