Onboarding & Development Advisor - What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Onboarding and Development Advisor to join our Supplier Engagement Team in Birmingham.
You will be joining the onboarding team responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of our new suppliers.
As the first point of contact for our new suppliers, you will be taking them from application to their launch as a fully trained Engineius driver. This will involve screening and interviewing applicants. You will then conduct online training workshops to get successful applicants up to speed on our service standards, setting them up on our system and demonstrating how to make full use of its features. This also involves feedback sessions along the way.
The candidate will have experience of delivering training via online platforms and ideally experience in Recruitment. Background in Logistics is desirable but not essential.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be someone who wants to improve processes and online content as you go. At Engineius, we are always looking to continually evolve the way we do things.
Onboarding & Development Advisor - What Youll Be Doing:
Arrange and conduct initial interviews with applicants
Driver compliance, including driving licence and DBS checks
Deliver engaging online training workshops via Teams to our new suppliers
Provide in-the-moment feedback to suppliers
Collaborate with the Network Handlers to ensure an efficient handover process, ensuring you have equipped new suppliers to be a successful Engineius driver.
