A very experienced, passionate Nursery Manager is needed for this growing setting near Epsom. Our 90 plus place Nursery is situated in a beautiful location which features fantastic room sizes based on one floor along with two garden spaces for the children to access in all weathers. There is also a sensory room, art room and library.
You will be an inspirational leader joining an established Nursery with a good Ofsted rating. You will be responsible for effectively leading, managing and inspiring your team to deliver an outstanding service of care. You will need to provide training opportunities, coaching and mentoring as well as implementing a robust performance management approach within the team and have a natural affinity with parent partnerships.
With a genuine passion and enjoyment for working with children you have a vision to establish strategies to deliver growth and meet the business aims within the Nursery, optimising revenue generation and costs effectively.
A confident decision maker, with the ability to support change with the understanding of the complex relationship between business/commerce and service excellence within a regulated setting.
Working full time (40 hours a week) with a great salary, 30 days annual Leave including Christmas Closure, benefits and great transport links, within walking distance of a station, ample free parking, free hot lunchtime meals and an opportunity to do a Leadership and Management qualification on site.
