Lettings Consultant - Duties
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various matters
Qualify Applicants and Clients
Analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions- Conduct viewings on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
Lettings Consultant - Skills
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients effectively
Great level of English; Multilingual is a bonus - Strong administrative skills for documentation and record-keeping
