IT Field Installation Engineers
We will require two IT Field Installation Engineers, one based in Nottingham and the other in Derby, for a 1 year fixed permanent contract.
Basic role: IT Field Service Engineers
Salary: £25,000 + Company profits payable after 6 months
IT Field Installation Engineers - Duties:
Install Samsung kiosk model KMA and PAX payment terminals A920, IM30 at customer/retail sites.
Install bespoke software and provide basic training to customers.
Familiar or desirable with POS, payment systems, Air Viewer, and Go Insight.
Independently resolve hardware and software issues with devices while being fully supported with all required training and ongoing technical support.
The IT Field Installation Engineers must have their own car and a clean UK driving licence.
Provide excellent customer service and always remain professional when dealing with clients.
