Customer Service - Motorbike Section
Location: Guildford
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday
Salary £20 - 25,000 neg subject to skills and experience
We are looking to recruit new Customer Service Assistant who have a passion for motorbikes and motorbike gear and clothing.
Do you have a passion for motorbikes, is it clearly stated on your CV? If so then this is an amazing opportunity!
The role is office based and will involve taking orders via the phone, discussing products and managing emails with regards to the exciting products our client sells.
There are no out bound calls!
Tasks:
The Customer Service Assistant will be processing orders over the phone
Replying to emails in a timely manner
Updating the data base
The Customer Service Assistant will be processing paper work
Learning about new products that are coming online for sale
The Customer Service Assistant will be updating customers on delivery times daily
Our client has excellent working conditions and free parking onsite.
Required Skills:
The Customer Service Administrator will have an excellent telephone manner
Strong IT skills
An uderstanding of motorbiker's needs
