Salary: Minimum starting salary is £25,000 (dependant on experience)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 24 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

We are currently seeking to appoint a forward thinking, creative individual to join our Marketing department as a Content Creator.
Content Creator - About the role
The Content Creator will be responsible for creating eye catching, inspirational and engaging content to promote Domino Jewellerys product ranges and services across online and offline marketing channels.
This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to further establish their career within a creative environment. With exposure to a variety of design and marketing processes, this role provides scope to make real changes within the department and across the business.
Role Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Calendars
Creation of monthly content calendars for digital marketing communication to present to the Marketing Manager.
E-mail Marketing
Create eye catching and engaging e-mail campaigns promoting Domino Jewellerys product ranges and services.
Build and maintain customer lists for targeted campaigns.
Monitor click rates and open rates and react accordingly.
Social Media
Manage social media channels for each of the companys brands.
The Content Creator will create and share impactful and engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Creation of inhouse photography of products and behind the scenes design/ manufacturing processes to share on social channels.
Interaction with followers and industry figureheads, reacting to posts, comments and DMs.
Artworking
Creation of print adverts, POS artwork, e-mail signatures and website banners on Canva, Photoshop & Illustrator.
Website Content
The Content Creator will update website content with inspirational and educational copy, keeping SEO in mind.
Creation of engaging step-by-step videos to train our retailers on the various online sales tools.
Digital Marketing KPIs
Measure and report to Marketing Manager on performance across social media & e-mail marketing strategy.
Market Research
Research the marketing presence of competitors and other luxury brands.
Bring new ideas/ promotional opportunities to the department.
Candidate Requirements - Competencies
Creative Mindset
The candidate will be responsible for producing new ideas, approaches, and insights.
Copy Writing
Candidate must have strong copy writing abilities, with the capability to write in a concise, yet inspirational tone.
Communication
Both verbal and written communication skills are key to this role and the successful candidate must be able to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Teamwork
The candidate will need to be able to work well as part of a team. The marketing team is a small department of three and team members are expected to support one another to deliver projects.
Candidate requirements - Skills and Qualifications
Post holder will typically hold a BA in graphic design or related subject or be able to demonstrate the equivalent experience.
Content Creator - Essential Experience:
At least 2-3 years of previous graphic design/ marketing experience
Copy writing experience
Planning and delivering digital marketing communications including e-mails and social media.
Experience using the following (or similar) programmes/ tools:
Canva
Photoshop
Illustrator
HootSuite
Mailchimp
Interest in the jewellery/ luxury goods market
Desirable Experience:
Photography (DLSR camera)
Understanding of digital marketing analytical tools
Training will be provided on our product ranges, company services, internal ERP system, communication platforms, our website CMS system and analytical tools.
