Charterhouse Online (School) Programme Manager

The Charterhouse Online (CHOL) Programme (School) Manager will be responsible for delivering a wide range of admissions, and academic administrative support for this newly formed accelerated A-Level programme aimed primarily, but not exclusively, at the international student market.

The first academic year will begin in August 2023 and the Programme Manager will be pivotal in recruiting the initial students and supporting the successful academic management of this innovative programme.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Relevant Experience / Knowledge & Technical Competencies

ESSENTIAL

Experience of complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders
High levels of literacy and numeracy
Excellent IT skills and the confidence to learn and adapt to new software
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Ability to create effective remote relationships
Proven track record of setting up and running a range of complex activities and tasks
Experience of a multi-task working environment.

DESIRABLE

School management/administrative experience, including the ability to operate smoothly and efficiently with students, parents and academic colleagues
Independent school admissions experience ideally including recruiting international students
Experience of school administration systems (Open Apply and ManageBac of particular value)
Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
