All new carers will attend a comprehensive 1-week training program in Tonbridge, with accommodation provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each clients needs
Support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
Ensure clients safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
Provide peace of mind to clients families through clear communication and compassionate care
Assist with light housekeeping, hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation
Accurately report, record, and maintain care records
Support clients with medication and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
Collaborate with Care Consultants and fellow carers to ensure continuity of care
Monitor and record clients physical and emotional wellbeing
Adapt to clients changing needs and undertake additional duties as required
Complete all mandatory and ongoing training provided by Consultus Care
Requirements
Genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact
Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential full training provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
Commitment to attending a 1-week training program in Tonbridge (accommodation included)
Willingness to work across the South East region-please specify your locality in your application
