Administrator / Household Support Fund Coordinator
Godalming - 5 month contract
Rate of Pay £14 -£15 per hour

Location: Surrey with hybrid working (predominantly working from home but office meeting on a Wednesday)
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (with flexibility on days of work)

This is a rewarding role where you will support residents and work with local organisations to help households with the cost-of-living.
We are looking for a methodical and accurate administrator to coordinate the Household Support Fund, which has been allocated to Authorities across England. You will be dealing with enquiries and applications from Waverley households for support with essential household bills, goods and food.
In this role you will help ensure all procedures are in place to meet the government guidelines for expenditure and the councils local policy to allocate funds.
You will have:
strong customer service and communication skills
proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
confidence in handling financial information
You will work with the Communities Team to ensure that the funding is spent by the deadlines set.
This is a fixed term post for up to 5 months for the duration of the Household Support Fund, which ends on 30 September or until all funds have been spent, whichever is sooner.
