Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Events Manager Logistics, Event Manager and Senior Account Director, this role provides a great opportunity for an Account Executive with some event experience to join a busy team and develop.
You will help in putting on a range of events (promotions and product launches, social events, cultural events, large international conferences). You will assist in managing the whole process from planning stage right through to running the actual event itself and the post event evaluation. The role is very hands-on and involves working as part of a team. You will work with the account management, PR/comms and events team members.

Responsibilities

To assist in delivery and execution of detailed messaging plans across integrated online channels, including email marketing, social media, and various other channels
Working with the Studio on production of all marketing assets including brochures, websites, newsletters, and html emails
Research, evaluate and prepare delegate communication material in support of the smooth transition and attendance of invited guests at relevant conferences/events
Efficiently and successfully organise and co-ordinate with the logistics manager, and administration of all assigned event registration, travel and accommodation requirements in support of the clients activity
Provide high-quality on-site support, helping facilitate the first-class delivery of work by the team
Produce, review, monitor, update and action project-related documentation, ensuring that appropriate records are maintained and filed correctly

Requirements

Strong experience on Excel essential
Experienced in the use of registration systems (preferred)
Delegate Management experience
Some events experience using a variety of marketing tools including email distribution platforms
Strong team player
Strong verbal and written English skills
Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude
Excel, CRM system knowledge, a keen eye for detail
Flexible to work overseas/Must be available and able to travel frequently


Flexible about working long hours and weekends when required
Willingness to travel and spend time away from home often at short notice
